The view from Property and Food was excellent!

Poor Facilities like no swimming pool water was not change, No drinking water provided in room and Complimentary tea bags were not provided in room! Cockroaches were found on bed.

The location and view was good.

Rooms were not well maintained, had a lot of small cockroaches. Food was very average with high rates. Swimming pool was very dirty and unusable.

The unique design of the property is what we liked and the room being very spacious allowed us to compliment about it. The location is very commendable and had many photogenic places.

The structure being a spiral one, always called for a buggy ride from the top to bottom and vice versa. The food was ok-ok, but worsened it due to the lack of expertise of the staff. In the room, there was no sugar and tea sachet. The morning tea was provided very late, somewhat at 9 am.

The swimming pool was very small in size for such a big hotel.There was no room service and it had only veg options with limited cuisine, taste was ok.

Non serving in the room should be mentioned when we get old people at the place Not having non veg is not mentioned anywhere neither by bookings.com nor by the resort

The property is located in hills and has scenic view. It is well maintained and clean

There are limited food options available in the property restaurant. Also, the availability of eatables is strictly restricted to the timings of staff, which was a bit challenging. Morning tea, you may expect around 8.30 - 8.45 am, which is too late for a person like me. They should work on adding more options to food and flexibility of restaurant timings.

View, location, food, cleanliness, privacy.

Buggie not available in the morning for breakfast. Not friends for kids, any person having health issues, during pregnancy, etc. also food items are limited.

the property was clean, the staff were sweet. however they were understaffed during our stay.

also, the Ac didn’t work properly during our stay. we paid 21k on booking.com whereas the property manager told us that it’s priced at 9.5k. any reason cannot justify this price difference.

Really good rooms. The staff's nature was good. The view from the windows was really awesome.

The swimming pool was really small. And didn't like breakfast.

Staff, Food and Location. Room was very nice, but it should be very good in Monsoon and Winters. For people who want to go out should have a car. Well maintained

1. Lack of transportation or a driver2. Tea & food could be served atleast on the patio outside the room3. Room cleaning is not done in absence4. Amenities should be given according to count of people in a room

Everything was perfect and up to the mark.A very nice place away from the city chaos.Special appreciation to the property manager Karan for taking good care of the guests and suggesting better food . A must visit with Family.SUGGESTION - The UK THEME COTTAGE WAS GOOD BUT IF WE CAN DO AWAY WITH THE PICTURE OF THE QUEEN AND THE BRITISH SOLDIERS IT WILL BE BETTER.

- Property doesn't offer room service. This isn't mentioned until you check in at the property- also, the property only serves veg food. This again isn't mentioned until you check-in at the property- simple things such as drinking water wasn't available at the property- quality of the veg food was bad while they charge expensively. - staff was rude and no one from management available on site- even though we had reserved parking. There was NO parking spot available for anyone at the property. All vehicles have to be parked outside on the road- NO VALUE for MONEY

Not kids friendly,no room service,no high chair,no crib,bed is not so comfortable and no basic toiletries provided..usually if you are paying more than 6k per night for your stay toiletries were included.

There was no room service. Also U cant have food or liquor in ur room .you have to walk all the way to the resraurant to eat anything
